Formulated Without: Chemicals Harmful to Delicate Fibers & Skin

Most "gentle" or "delicate wash" detergents still rely on the same harsh chemistry as everyday detergent. Ours doesn't.

Every one of these is excluded by design, not just missing from the label, but a deliberate reason this formula clears both EWG Verified and EPA Safer Choice:

No Enzymes: The protein-eating cleaners that damage silk and wool fiber over time (see above).

No SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate): A harsher sulfate surfactant known to irritate sensitive skin and strip natural fibers.

No Optical Brighteners: Synthetic residue that fakes brightness on fabric and doesn't biodegrade.

No Isothiazolinones: A preservative class linked to allergic contact dermatitis, even at low concentrations.

No Lanolin: A wool-derived softening agent that's a common allergen, despite being "natural."

No Ethanolamines: A compound linked to skin and respiratory irritation.

Meaning: what you read on the label is exactly what's missing from the formula, nothing softened or generalized for the website.
