Most of our products are available to ship immediately -- we will notify you if there is a back-order. Ground shipping to the Northeast can be delivered in as little as one or two days, while shipping to the West Coast is normally 5-7 business days. We will always do our best to ship items as quickly as possible and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is sent out. We accept unopened/unused product returns. We understand that, despite our best efforts, things occasionally don't work out and items need to be returned or exchanged. We are here to help with that. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, please call us within 30 days of receipt so we can personally assist you. Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, less the original outbound shipping expense. If your order arrives to you damaged, please email us at info@hplaundry.com. Please include your order number and let us know exactly what product is damaged if you ordered more than one item. If possible, include a photo of the shipping label and of the damaged product. We will always make it right and get you a replacement shipped as quickly as possible.
