Heritage Park Laundry wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online and is committed to excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it. Restrictions apply, please see below for return guidelines.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (excludes items that are incorrect/defective).

If any item is damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped in error we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Heritage Park Laundryis committed to bringing our customers the highest quality products, and we assure you that the products within our Outlet department meet those same high standards. Every item sold in our Outlet is new but has either been removed from its original product packaging or is lacking the original packaging. However, these products have been closely inspected by our quality control team to make sure they are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied in any way with the condition or quality of the item that you purchased from our Outlet, it can be returned for a full refund. You, the customer, will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product back to us. Unless items are defected or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Heritage Park Laundry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. We always recommend that your items are shipped and insured for the full purchase price by a traceable carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
Heritage Park Laundry will inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if the item does not comply with our standards. If we find the item returned to be in good condition we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and restocking fees within 5-7 business days. Certain payment options may take longer that 5-7 business days, such as PayPal checkout, as this is out of our control. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.
